AB 2776: Mandatory Airport Impact Disclosures in Home Sales (2002)

Summary

AB 2776 (2002) requires that homebuyers be provided with additional notice if the house they intend to purchase is located near an airport and may be subject to noise, vibrations or odors.  The goal is to help homebuyers make informed choices, and to avoid the potential for conflict between neighborhood residents and general aviation pilots.
