AB 2815: Airport ground transportation (2002)

Summary

AB 2815 (2002) would have declared the intent of the Legislature to require in subsequent legislation that drivers of ground transportation carriers at California airports be licensed by the State of California and subject to public safety background checks under the auspices of the Public Utilities Commission, in cooperation with the federal Transportation Security Administration.
