Summary

ABX1 29 (2001), co-introduced with Assemblymembers Kehoe, Cedillo, Correa, Frommer, Goldberg, Jackson, Keeley, Lowenthal, Nation, Oropeza, Pescetti, Reyes, Shelley, Simitian, Steinberg, and Strom-Martin, created various energy efficiency programs through existing delivery mechanisms at the California Energy Commission (CEC) and California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and provided some new programs through the California Conservation Corps (CCC).
