ACA 4: Parcel Tax (2003)

Summary

ACA 4 (2003) would have authorized a school district, community college district, or county office of education to impose a parcel tax by proposition with the approval of 55% of its voters voting on the proposition, instead of the 2/3 of voters currently required.
