PALO ALTO – Assemblyman Joe Simitian (D-Palo Alto) will be in Redwood City and Los Altos on Saturday, July 12, and in Menlo Park on July 20 to host his “Sidewalk Office Hours.”
Simitian’s Sidewalk Office Hours have become so popular, he has increased the number of locations to accommodate the number of people who come out for the event. This year, Simitian will conduct 20 separate events.
“I enjoy meeting people face-to-face. These events give both the public and me a chance to interact in an informal, friendly atmosphere. I want to know what people are talking about. This is an ideal way to keep in touch,” Simitian said.
The weekend locations for Assemblyman Simitian’s Sidewalk Office Hours are:
Redwood City
Saturday, July 12
10:00 am to 12:00 noon
Redwood City Farmers’ Market,
in the downtown parking lot at Hamilton and Winslow Streets
Los Altos
Saturday, July 12
1:30 pm to 3:30 pm
At the entrance to the Los Altos Arts and Wine Festival on Main Street
Menlo Park
Sunday, July 20
