AB 47: Juvenile Court Schools Equalization (2001)

Summary

AB 47 (2001) changes law to require that a cost-of-living allowance (COLA) equal to the percentage increase applied to the statewide average revenue limit for school districts be applied to juvenile court schools and county community schools.  It also makes inoperative those sections of law that require that funds for the county office COLA be used for equalization, in those years that the COLA is made.
