AB 821: High Tech Crime (2001)

Summary

AB 821 (2001) authorizes grants to train law enforcement personnel to identify and combat high tech crime. The bill also provides to include financial experts on the State’s High Tech Crime Advisory Committee in order to assist regional programs in identifying theft crimes.
