AB 2130: Summer School for At-Risk Children (2002)

Summary

AB 2130 (2002) would have extended indefinitely the waiver of a cap on state reimbursement to local education agencies for supplemental instruction provided to students in grades 2-6 who are at-risk of retention.  (The reimbursement cap was set to come back into effect on January 1, 2003.)  This bill was vetoed by the Governor.
