AB 52: Summer School for At Risk Kids: supplemental instruction (2003)

Summary

AB 52 (2003) would have allowed school districts to continue offering supplemental instruction (e.g., summer school) to all students (grades 2-6) identified as “at risk of retention,” (i.e., in danger of being held back) in addition to requiring it for those students who have been retained or who have been recommended for retention.
