AB 2672: Large passenger vessels: sewage (2004)

Summary

AB 2672 (2004) prohibits a large passenger vessel from releasing sewage from the vessel into California waters, and subjects a person who violates that prohibition to a civil penalty.  The bill also requires the owner or operator of a large passenger vessel that releases sewage into California waters or a marine sanctuary to immediately report the release.
