The Assemblyman will also be in Palo Alto at the Farmer’s Market on June 7 and in Menlo Park and San Carlos on June 8.

Simitian’s Sidewalk Office Hours have become so popular, he has increased the number of locations to accommodate the number of people who come out for the event. This year, Simitian will conduct 20 separate events.

“I enjoy meeting people face-to-face. These events give both the public and me a chance to interact in an informal, friendly atmosphere. I want to know what people are talking about. This is an ideal way to keep in touch,” Simitian said.
