PALO ALTO – Assemblyman Joe Simitian (D-Palo Alto) will set up his “sidewalk” office next weekend at the Redwood City Kiwanis Farmers Market.
Folks in the community who have questions, comments or concerns about state issues are invited to meet Simitian between 10:00 and 11:30 a.m. at the Farmers Market in the parking lot at Hamilton and Winslow Streets in downtown Redwood City.
Sidewalk Office Hours have proved to be so popular that this is the fourth year Simitian has held them. “I enjoy meeting people face-to-face. These events give both the public and me a chance to interact in an informal, friendly atmosphere. I want to know what people are talking about. This is an ideal way to keep in touch,” Simitian said.
