SIMITIAN TO HOLD MID-PENINSULA SIDEWALK OFFICE HOURS
PALO ALTO – State Senator Joe Simitian (D-Palo Alto) announced today that he will hold his “sidewalk office hours” on Saturday, June 9 in Palo Alto and Sunday, June 10 in Menlo Park. Simitian once again invites community members to visit and voice questions and comments about state legislative issues.
“I enjoy meeting people face-to-face,” said Simitian. “These events give both the public and me a chance to interact in an informal, friendly atmosphere. It’s tremendously helpful to hear first-hand what people are talking about. This is an ideal way to keep in touch.”
Simitian will host his sidewalk office hours at the following locations:
Palo Alto Farmers Market:
Saturday, June 9
9:30 am – 11:30 am
Behind the post office at Hamilton & Gilman
Menlo Park Farmers Market:
Sunday, June 10
10:00 am – 11:30 am
Chestnut Street between Santa Cruz & Menlo Avenues
