SIMITIAN TO HOLD SIDEWALK OFFICE HOURS
PALO ALTO – State Senator Joe Simitian (D-Palo Alto) announced today that he will hold “sidewalk office hours” on Saturday, June 2 in Redwood City and Thursday, June 7 in San Carlos. Simitian once again invites community members to visit and voice questions and comments about state legislative issues.
“I enjoy meeting people face-to-face,” said Simitian. “These events give both the public and me a chance to interact in an informal, friendly atmosphere. It’s tremendously helpful to hear first-hand what people are talking about. This is an ideal way to keep in touch.”
Simitian will host his sidewalk office hours at the following locations:
Redwood City Kiwanis Farmers Market:
Saturday, June 2
9:30 am – 11:00 am
Downtown in the parking lot at Hamilton and Winslow
San Carlos Hot Harvest Nights:
Thursday, June 7
5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Downtown on the 700 block of Laurel Street
